The iconic and beloved Horizon Mug by Otigari. These pieces were manufactured and imported from Japan to the USA in the 1970s and have been a collectors item ever since.

Mindfully crafted pieces with great hand feel and vibrant hand finishing. Simple cream body with very sparse brown speckling. These are identified by their vivid horizontal blue banding meant to look like the horizon of the open sea.

These mugs are not signed on the bottom which is standard for these pieces. However they are oven to table to dishwasher safe just like the rest of the pieces from this line.
