The Mid Mod Yardsale series was established in the Spring of 2024 by Kimberli Roth (of @claycoda) and Amber Gephart (of @parklifeabq) and is the ONLY mid-century modern market bringing together high-quality modern collections from across New Mexico.

To make vintage design shopping more accessible and affordable for the local community, we developed a yard sale series for high-end modern design collectors to clean out old stock, overstock, and pieces from their private collections. With over a dozen vendors to see, our casual and friendly yard sale vibes make shopping some of the state's most coveted design collections exciting and approachable, regardless of whether you're a discerning collector or a casual vintage enthusiast. Shoppers can expect to groove to a curated music set by a live DJ while finding one-of-a-kind mid-mod furniture, decor, and vintage fashion priced to move!

Tips for shopping the Mid Mod Yardsale:

• Come early for the best selection

• Bring boxes, moving blankets, and old newspapers to take home your haul!

• Measure spaces before your arrival. If you know you’re on the lookout for a new credenza, know the space you are working with so you can make confident purchases on the fly

• Bring some friends! Nothing beats an afternoon browsing with your best buds

• Shopping alone? That's fine. We have people on site ready to help you load your new pieces into your vehicle

• There is plenty of free parking in the lot behind Parklife (corner of Copper and Montclaire)

• Dogs are welcome!
