This silhouette has a squared bowl and short stem with a wide thick base. Perfect low profile for less tipping and spillage! The sturdy glass of this era was made to last and these have already stood the test of time. The bottoms of these cups show a signature puddling of hand-blown pieces.

This was from an era when young people and housewives were shucking conformity and overwhelm of complicated table tops and wanted one set that could do it all.
