The Vibes

We will be overlording the pool from the veranda. Groove + dance into the night under the immersive glow of music-synched production and art installation.
The Location
Mix, mingle, dance, and swim in Fabulous Four Hills Village, a little-known vintage community in the Manzano foothills. Eat, drink, and soak up the height of Summer. The house has several indoor and outdoor rooms and spaces for cozy conversations, sweaty dancing, and showing off your best diving board backflip. Bring friends, make new friends, and let this annual tradition become a timestamp for your year.
The Drinks
Refreshing self serve spiked punch bar on the patio and champagne variety bar on the deck. Of course we’ll have options for the nondrinkers as well. If you want beer, you’ll have to bring that, there is a cooler on the patio for anyone who wants to bring something for the party!
The Eats
No matter your dietary preferences you can enjoy our favorite local faire! Signature Mediterranean feast catered by Pars and cake by Flying Star. There is something for everyone and plenty of it! Come hungry.
This is your time to bring it! Everyone is required to wear all white. Be as fancy, casual or creative as your heart desires, as long as the color code is met. Dress code is NOT OPTIONAL.

We are right off the Tramway Exit near The Canyon Club (country club)
Ages: We are all adults, and like adults, we like to avoid as much liability as possible! This is a 21+ over party. This is your excuse to hire that babysitter!
Parking: There is plenty of street parking in our very safe neighborhood. You should not have any problems finding ample parking along Wagon Train Dr.
Ride Share: It can be near impossible to get an Uber after 11 p.m. in The Hills, so book ahead and make your ride arrangements.
Overnighters: We have guests who stay the evening every year! Be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time, or feel free to bring a sleeping bag just in case. We currently have a guest room, futon, loft sofa, and den sofa available for overnights.
Set-up Help: Want to help us set up for the event? We can always use helping hands. The crew meets at 3 p.m. and works until 5:30 p.m. to set up. There is no need to confirm; just come on down!
Food/Drink: All food and drink are sourced from local businesses and labeled in case of restrictions or allergies; feel free to bring anything that you would like to add to the party! We ask that you fill out one of the food/drink cards so that guests can consume confidently!
Friends of Friends: This is a more the merrier type of party! As always, you will be their chaperone, so make sure they respect Kimberli’s home. Feel free to bring your friends, but ensure they are aware of the dress code.
Cannabis: We ask that all cannabis users be discreet and respectful of federal employees and others in attendance who cannot be around cannabis. Take it to your car, or consider vape/edible options.
Restricted Areas: If you see blue lights, you’ve wandered too far. Any area of the house with blue lights is private quarters. Everywhere else is free game! Enjoy the party!
