Proudly saying, the 35th president of the United States, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, visited Sandia National Laboratories on December 7, 1962.
The President stayed at the motel on his overnight visit.
Unfortunately, in 1988 the motel was demolished. Despite that, the site still has Four Hills Shopping Center.
